Anyone reserving space must follow these Rules:
- These rooms are for the use of currently enrolled UT students who are taking a theatre class this semester.
- All university space use policies and COVID and health rules apply.
- Typical reservations should be between 1 and 2 hours.
- Students are not allowed to schedule a space for longer than 4 hours.
- If you are not going to use your scheduled time, please cancel your reservation.
AMB 209B Acting Classroom / Studio
An empty room with linoleum type floor, and a variety of stacked chairs and folding tables. One end of the room has a raised floor/deck, almost like a stage. Great for small scene or monologue work.
- Availability: 8am–11pm, scheduled classes permitting.
- Get the door code from your theatre instructor.
- Weekend building access cannot be guaranteed.

WAB D307 Acting Studio
Mostly an empty room with stacked chairs. The floor is a rubberized exercise room tiles. Black curtains on all walls. This room is outfitted with lighting and backdrops for self-taping. Perfect for partner scene study and monologue work.

WAB D313 Acting Classroom / Rehearsal Room
This is a classroom with props, furniture, and seating appropriate for an acting/movement classroom. The floor is a rubberized exercise room tiles. The walls are lined with black curtains. A bluetooth sound system, TV, and whiteboard exist in this room.
- This room is scheduled by Theatre Faculty/Staff.
- Students or student groups wishing to use or reserve this space should reach out to a member of the Theatre Faculty

WAB D301 Theatre Computer Lab
This room is lined with iMacs with theatre-centric apps, including the Adobe Creative Suite, Vectorworks, Sketchup, and others. There is a bluetooth sound system and large format touch screen TV in this room.

WAB D305 Theatre Media Lab
This is our Lighting, Sound, Projections Lab, which includes a 1/6 scale theatre equipped with the latest technologies.
- Availability 8am–11pm, scheduled classes permitting.
- Weekend building access cannot be guaranteed.
- First Priority goes to students working on design/tech assignments for class.

Important Notes:
- Choose one or more 1 hour blocks in order to accomplish your project. Students are not allowed to schedule more than 4 hours in an individual day.
- Please respect the limited time available in the lab and use the time you have signed up for. If you absolutely cannot make your scheduled time, please email with a cancellation request so that others can use that time.
Please adhere and agree to the following Media Lab Rules:
- For the safety of all, students are not allowed to work in the Media Lab alone.
- A buddy, advisor, or TA is required at all times.
- Do not use the Media Lab unless officially scheduled to do so, even when nobody is in the lab. The calendar will allow for in-the-moment scheduling.
- Items are not to leave the Media Lab without written consent.
- Turn off all systems when leaving the lab.
- Do not operate lighting, projection, or sound system without prior training.
- Food and drink is not allowed in the Media Lab.
- Spike/tag all in-process work with name and date.
- Do not leave any personal items in lab without prior consent.

WAB M407 Seminar Room and Library
This room has a large conference table suitable for 16 people. It is lined with bookshelves containing a lending library of scripts and theatre texts. This room also has a large format touch screen TV
- The space does not need reservations to work or study, scheduled classes permitting.
- The lending library is available to all students enrolled in theatre classes.
- Get the door code from your theatre instructor.

WAB E302 Costume Lab Classroom
This classroom has 14 sewing machines and 4 cutting tables, with dress forms and materials suited to teach costume construction.
- This space is available to theatre students to sew and work on class projects, scheduled classes permitting.
