Acting Workshop
The faculty and staff of the Clarence Brown Theatre at the University of Tennessee recognize the power of the arts to transform and the positive impact that the performing arts have on young people. Every summer we offer an intensive acting workshop for high school students designed to give young actors training in several different skills including basic acting technique, improvisation, voice, movement, and musical theatre techniques. Our aim is to give workshop participants intensive exposure to
tools they will need to pursue as they develop
as actors.
